The City of Holliday bills for water, wastewater and garbage services.
Meters are read on or around 20th of every month. We send out new bills on the 1st of every month. A $10.00 late charge will be assessed if the bill is not paid by the 15th day of the month following the mailing of the bill or invoice for services; a $15.00 reconnect charge will be assessed if water service is disconnected for nonpayment. If customer requests that water service be reinstated during hours other than normal business hours which are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or any holiday which is recognized by the city, a charge of $25.00 will be charged in addition to the $15.00 reconnect fee noted above along with the water bill charges in full. If the 15th day of the month following the mailing of such bill or invoice falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then the late charge will not be assessed until the first business day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. If the last day of the month following the mailing of such bill or invoice falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday then service will not be disconnected due to nonpayment until the first business day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.

Minimums:
- Water rates: Depends upon the meter size and if the meter is inside or outside city limits.
- Wastewater – Residential: $30.41 + $7.80 (2,000 gallon Minimum) and $3.90 per 1,000 gal of water usage
- Commercial, Church, School: $60.82 + $7.80 (2,000 gallon Minimum) and $3.90 per 1,000 gal of water usage.
- Residential Garbage – $22.00 for 1 can/ tax added to bill is $1.71
- $35.00 for 2 cans/ tax added to bill is $2.71

- Donations on the water bills may be removed upon request.

- Parks and Recreation Donation $ 2.00
- Cemetery Donation $1.00
- Senior Citizen Meals on Wheels Donation $1.00
Paying your Bill:
- Pay by check, money order, cash, credit or debit card in the office;
- Mail in a check or money order;
- Place check or money order in the night deposit box; or
- Pay online with credit or debit card at https://www.fastgovpay.com/holliday
Automatic Draft: Save time and have peace of mind knowing your bill is paid on time every month by signing up for our free and convenient automatic draft. Just complete the authorization form and return the form and a voided check to city hall in person. Due to security reasons we will no longer update draft information by phone or email, only in person.
IMPORTANT! If you find a discrepancy or you feel like there is a mistake on your water bill please contact us when you first receive your bill. If you wait too long we can not accurately reread the meter.
